Early life
editTjiundje was born in Okatuuo is village line from Okakarara, Namibia. He began his formal education at Hearing Impaired School - NISE in 2003, and he started learning and handspeak such as Namibian Sign Language. Licius was accepted in October 2013, Hearing Impaired School - NISE for drama group from Namibia to join the competition for Zwakala Africa in Johannesburg, South Africa until Escola de Educacao Especial N1 Deaf School in Mozambique, winners of DeafNET’s Red Star...
In 2015, He moved inclusive to attend at Cosmos High School in Windhoek, Khomasdal. He is the youngest child of four siblings in the family. His aspiration as a child was to become unemployed while Office Administration remained a dormant passion. He moved to Windhoek and is looking for his study career. In 2022, he attended the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre until he completing but he is currently studying for his final this year 2024.

In February 2020, he set YouTube channel names under The Licius Family. He became a vlogger, adventure, travel and group of the family uploaded his first YouTube video, at the age of 25, that he was first early video content from Good Morning Routine, second Happy Time and final May memories of Meruku Tjivetja and more videos that offered tips to upcoming YouTube creators and commentary on YouTube drama. Licius admits to having difficulty maintaining a social life due to his obsession with YouTube. He is planning to come soon before November 2024 or Happy New Year 2025.

Licius has four children. He first became a father to a son, born on 24 December 2015, he second became a father to a daughter, born on 3 July 2017. He is third became a father to son, born on 7 July 2019,. he is fourth became a father to daughter, born on 23 November 2021 are in Namibia with the relationship ended. He is currently single. He describes himself as an introvert.
Licius's father, Daniel's died of a cancer condition at the age of 37 in August 1998 when Licius was a little boy about 2-3 years old.
Licius was unemployed for many years from 2017-present he could not find a job as the reason his life was hard. In February 2022, he moved to Windhoek and went to attend the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre, Khomasdal. In August 2023, the attachment industry for employment at the same time again he could not find a job about one year before going back to the college in June 2024.
Health
Licius has said that he does not smokeand alochol.He received his lung disease and abdomen liver pain while recovering from an injury in August 2018. He is currently on health cover.
