The One and Only Ruby is a 2023 children's book made by Katherine Applegate and published by Patricia Castelo. It was published on 2 May, 2023 in the United States.

It is a sequel to The One and Only Bob (2020).

Synopsis

Ruby is afraid of her tuskday, but before that, she tells Ivan and Bob a story of her lifetime. She can remember all of her life from when she was called Nya. Then, she escapes through a fence and gets stuck. Meanwhile, her aunt named Akello comes and tells her a story about how she was afraid of her tuskday. Then, at the end, they celebrate and name Stella a member of the park.

The book was relaesed in 2023.
