The rizzler is a term that kids/children use today. It is described as the great or best (in a way). the rizzler is also a "person" who uses the "rizz face" (the rizz face is used to "rizz a person or thing"). rizz is a slang term for skill in charming or seducing a potential romantic partner, especially through verbal communication. sentance future: i will "rizz" you up. sentance past: i rizzed you up.
