Thomas Fischer is a German management scholar and Associate Professor at the University of Geneva, who studies organizational leadership and management.[1]
Academic career
editFischer received his PhD in Economics from the University of Lausanne.[1] He completed his master's degree in Mathematics at the Technical University of Munich and earned bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.[1]
He serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Geneva's Geneva School of Economics and Management.[1] His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Management, and The Leadership Quarterly.[2]
Research
