True Brown Style 13 (TBS 13) was a street gang that, according to accounts from former members, was established in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, in the mid-1990s. The group was associated with individuals from the Washington area of Makati and was reportedly influenced by an earlier group known as True Blunt Sistah (TBS).
History
In 1993, a group known as the Original HipHop Posse Brotherhood (OHPB) was reportedly founded at the former QUAD shopping complex in Makati, now known as Glorietta. Among those associated with OHPB was Renato Rabara, also known by the aliases Rey Gale, TBS Gale, Nato, and OG Hoodaz of Tandang Sora Hood.
Rabara was reportedly a friend and neighbor of Joseph Ceñidoza, also known as Joseph Saitan, who lived in the Washington area of Makati. Ceñidoza was born in January 1980 and died in May 2002.
Formation
In late 1994, Rabara reportedly introduced Ceñidoza and Maynard, known by the alias Dorobo, to a man known as Don Lucas, who was associated with the group True Blunt Sistah (TBS), reportedly established in Galleria in 1991.

Jenggo later left the organization and reportedly joined other gangs. Following his departure, Saitan and Dorobo designated Rhino Locco as the group's new Veterano Tres.
