Since December 2021, Universal Processing has collaborated with advocates such as the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce.[2]
In 2024, Universal Processing rebranded to uP. Universal Processing now has six offices nationwide in Manhattan, NY; Flushing, NY; Arcadia, CA; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; and Plano, TX.[2]

In 2021, The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced Universal Processing as a tier 1 Community Navigator in partnership with the USPAACC.[2]
In 2021, Universal Processing was featured in Forbes, which included an interview with CEO Saint Hung discussing the company’s initiatives to assist merchants during the pandemic. Universal Processing dedicated over $1 million, establishing a help desk for businesses and distributing more than 16,000 masks to medical facilities, police, and businesses.[14]
