The WTA Schenectady Tournament (officially: OTB (International) Open) was a tennis tournament for women that was part of the Schenectady tennis tournament and took place from 1985 to 1994 on hardcourt in the American city of Schenectady.

The WTA organized the tournament, which was last in the "Tier III" category. Concurrently with this tournament, the ATP Schenectady Tournament for men was held at the same location.

32 participants per year competed for the title in singles, and 16 pairs for the doubles title. The qualifying tournament for singles had 32 players, with four spots in the main tournament up for grabs.
