What-Comm 911, is the Emergency Communications Center for Whatcom County, Washington. The agency is the Public Safety Answering Point for all of Whatcom County. What-Comm 911 processes all calls for law enforcement and behavioral health response for its user agencies, while transferring callers requiring Fire Department or Emergency Medical Services to Prospect, a secondary Public Safety Answering Point operated by the Bellingham Fire Department.
