Draft:Wish fulfillment fiction

Wish fulfillment fiction (Simplified Chinese: 爽文) is a genre of storytelling where the plot, characters, and narrative progression cater primarily to desires, fantasies and possibilities, rather than focusing on realistic outcomes or complex contradictions. This type of fiction often grants the characters, typically the protagonists, the ability to achieve their goals or desires easily or magically, often without the realistic constraints or consequences that one might expect in more grounded narratives[1][2].
