Xiao Cheng Zeng (Chinese: 曾晓成) is a Chinese scientist and foreign fellow of European Academy of Sciences. He currently serves as the Head of Department of Materials Science and Engineering and Chair Professor of Materials Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong. He was a Chancellor's University Professor in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln until 2022.
