Bryan Andrew Bartley (Born March, 21st,????) Professionally known as Yvngin, is a recording artist and songwriter. Born in Miami, Florida; Growing up in “Weston" a city in Broward County, Yvngin was influenced by a diverse range of musical styles, including Kanye West, Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Drake, Travis Scott, and Lil Wayne. From a young age, Yvngin showed a passion for music participating in elementary school talent shows breakdancing and honing their skills in performance then leading into songwriting.[1]
Transitioning from "bbsofly", the kid who was just seen with a plethora of celebrities on Instagram all the time, Yvngin began their professional music career in 2014 with his cousin Lavar who had asked Yvngin to try recording a verse on his song “Mercedes”.[2] The since deleted single gained significant attention in Broward, leading to a growing fan base and opportunities to collaborate with other artists. Seeing what he could really do with his extensive talents, Yvngin started taking his music more seriously. Yvngin had said ”20/21 represents what I was feeling in the making of the album, the hectic rollercoaster, this wild and this crazy process I was going through made me realize a lot of things about myself. Normal people see 20/20, but during this process one eye was like seeing the negative and holding me back making me see what everybody else sees and trying to keep me in a box, that’s 20. My other eye was pulling me forward making me see past the odds stacked against me and seeing things nobody else can see, that’s 21.[3]

Being a huge video game fan Yvngin’s favorite game is Mortal Kombat, and has said before that he can definitely see himself developing his own game in the future.
