This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. Declined by Notcharizard 8 days ago. |
- Comment: Fails WP:MUSICBIO, requires significant coverage in multiple reliable independent secondary sources. National Today Birthday is not a reliable source. Dan arndt (talk) 02:53, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Fandom can not be used as a reference, all sentences need to be cited and the article needs to be written neutrally. -- NotCharizard 🗨 01:45, 7 November 2024 (UTC)
Zachary Dean Herron born May 27th 2001, is an American singer/songwriter from Dallas, Texas. Growing up Zach always loved music and performing. He would perform for anybody who was around and would delight them with his presence. In high school he went viral for a video of him singing "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes. After the clip went viral his fame kept going from there. He released his own two singles in 2016, "Why" and "Timelapse". He joined the band Why Don't We in 2016 as the youngest member. The group released two studio albums, 6 EP's and a whopping 26 singles. The group collaborated with the likes of Logan Paul, Macklemore and Ed Sheeran. After 6 years together the group sadly had to take a hiatus due to legal action against their former manager. Zach disappeared of social media for a while before coming back to announce his solo career. He teased his first song "waterfall" on his social media's before "caroline " became his main priority. On July 26th 2024 "caroline" was released to the world.
