The Nagrial Rajputs trace their lineage back to Maharaja Nag Singh, who in the year 901 was born. He ruled the present day Jammu Kashmir, Azad Kashmir and a formidalle area of the Indian subcontinent from the years 926 until his being slain in war in the year 976.
He was proceeded by his eldest son as the next ruler of the empire. The empire faced many attacks by neighbouring enemies but the Nagrial Empire was successful in defeating the enemies.
The Nagrial Rajputs were a peaceful nation, they were always ready for war but they did not initiate most wars, but were always ready to strike back instantly with full force and rage when they felt any pressure from other ruling states.
