Zillul Karim ( born January 04, 1987)[1]. Is a Bangladeshi Social Entrepreneur Based In Dhaka. He is the Co- Founder of Several initiatives aimed at improving Educational and parenting resources in Bangladesh.[2][3]

Biography

Zillul Karim Karim Co-Founded Light of Hope an educational tools to children. According to the organization, it has reached over 30,000 children with innovative learning tools. He is also the founder of ToguMogu a parenting application that , as of 2024 has over 200,000 User[2] Through ToguMogu and Light of Hope karim has collaborated with organizations such as Grameen Danone Food, a social enterprise co founded by Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus to raise awareness among parents and children for importance of healthy eating habits for children. [1],[4] Additionaly his organisation partnered with United Nations Population Fund to promote sexual and reproductive health awareness .[2]

Before becoming an entrepreneur karim, worked in the corporate sector for seven years.[5]

Recognition and awards

Zillul Karim gained recognition as a successful young social entrepreneur through his work education and parenting support. He began his entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder of Light of Hope an organization focused on improving children's Education[5] and later he founded ToguMogu, a parenting app designated to assist millennial parents.[6]. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Bangladesh, Karim submitted a project under the government Access to Information and was awarded 1st runner-up, receiving financial support for the project's execution.[7][5] In 2022 Karim was recognized with the Basis national ICT award for his work on the ToguMogu app,[8][5] Additionally ToguMogu was honored with the United Nations Population Fund Innovation award in 2022[9] and STITCH for RMG Global innovation Challenge Organized by BRAC (organisation) H&M and[10]
