Zoe Gross is the director of advocacy at the Autistic Self Advocacy Network. Previously, she also worked a special assistant at the Administration for Community Living.^[1]

In 2012, she founded the Disability Day of Mourning in response to the murder of autistic George Hodgins by his mother.^[2]. In 2013, she was awarded a White House Champions of Change award for founding this event^[1]
