I meant to put this in my renewal request but sent it out in a panic, here is what I wanted to say: I do apologize for being derelict of duty with this article, but it is a topic I am passionate about and I finally am in my summer break so I have time to make a concerted return to it. I work full-time and was doing so during my college semesters, it was a painful period for me these last six months but my hands are back on deck. I also noticed that someone, without any consent on my part or notification to me, attempted to publish this page into the mainspace on their own volition, so I would argue that there is existing evidence of interest in this article by other users, which would potentially grow upon its release once I have completed these two other sections I see as useful as well as expanding the current sections. Thank you for your time and sorry again for being a lazybones with this one. I should add that I currently am in two turbulent half-semester summer courses that go on until the end of June, so while I have opened up my research on one of those two proposed sections to get a fresh look, the edits from me will most likely start rolling in around the Fourth of July. But make no mistake, this article is at the top of my to-do list this summer and I am now emboldened to have this page ready for the mainspace before I go back to school fully in the fall. French bureaucracy, as from what I have read so far, has a specific reputation in European politics due to its long-standing history and its influence on other countries in the continent and across the world. My article will be able to capture this culture and influence with reliable sourcing. The Star Baron (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 03:53, 8 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

The Star Baron, we are all volunteers, here, and no apologies are necessary. Whatever time you are able to contribute to this Draft, or to anything else in the encyclopedia, is very much appreciated. School and RL are priority, so please don't neglect those. If and when you have time to come back and improve it, great; and if there's too much going on and you can't, then thank you so much for getting this started. It's an important, and notable topic that needs an article. One other thing: a Draft is just a draft, and can always be left in an unfinished state, for example, without any required citations, and even with raw notes or a bullet list of items to be researched and added later, so never worry about leaving it in whatever state you wish, while it is still under development.
