As to notability, I have found many living person articles similar to this draft, so I have high hopes for its success. As to citations, Mr Burns' published credits are on album covers and disks, which, if I understand the rules correctly, are not usable for citations due to copyright restrictions. The same goes for verifiability ... Mr Burns has significant credits on listings websites, but unfortunately these do not pass muster.
