Move to User space? Is that possible?

Sorry about my recent mess-up - didn't even realize that the move didn't go directly to my own User space which is what I was planning on. Nothing untoward, just dumbness.
Is it possible though? I only started the draft to begin a list of geo features on existing articles that were undergoing a PROD and removal effort under an expanded GNIS clean-up initiative. I'm not able to get right to work on the draft (or wonder if it'll be needed), but I'd like to keep it around as a User draft for the future.
