Notes & Article Organization

edit

Looks like a bunch of notes have been put in the draft article. I know it's a draft, but it's probably best to talk about citations or such in the talk page, rather than the main article. AKA Casey Rollins Talk With Casey 02:15, 5 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

I added citations. More needed. organization is also needed as well as references to his organized harassment of Turning Point USA events and Dan Crenshaw Editorman232 (talk) 06:36, 1 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Okay, Nick has recently become much more well known. He has grown by 10k Subscribers in the last month and he's all they were talking about in the most recent tpusa conference. He is currently one of the most prominent personalities on the pro-American Right, second, perhaps only, to Anne Coulter. Just consider his rise in the past month and his trajectory. He is not a random white supremacist. The more you ignore him, the more powerful he becomes. Nate Hooper (talk) 08:29, 30 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hey mate, Wikipedia is not here to dox Nazi's. If it makes you feel better, it's good that this fella is not notable.

Nate, stop trying to make Wikipedia legitimate. Let Wikipedia continue to discredit itself. If you want to write about Nick F., use a different platform. 71.82.73.37 (talk) 18:48, 8 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

His own youtube station? The guy is an unknown quantity. Considering he has all but no public profile, this looks like an effort to promote the subject. 23:42, 25 November 2019 (UTC)Bacondrum (talk)

Now there's the MTV interview, so there's another source. I say resubmit the article, there's more than enough to keep it this time. — Confession0791 talk 05:21, 12 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Assessment of Notability

edit

See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nick Fuentes (2nd nomination).

This draft should not be resubmitted except via Deletion Review. There has been a discussion of notability. Robert McClenon (talk) 23:35, 30 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

He surely beats the description of notability. He has been referenced in many mainstream media articles including Vox Huffington Post Mother Jones National Review Infowars Vice the Boston Globe The Daily Beast reason.com The Washington Post and others. He's also been mentioned by Congressman Jim Crenshaw and by right-wing speaker Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kir

cuz YouTube channel has 60k followers and he is the leader of the alt right movement replacing Richard Spencer Editorman232 (talk) 06:41, 1 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Notability

edit

Hey, most people arguing for his notability here are biased in his favour, since they are part of his zoomer Nazi fanbase, but I, who am positively biased AGAINST him, being a Communist trans woman, still think he’s probably pretty notable. Spanish Wikipedia has an article on him (https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Fuentes). And I know that ‘but they do it too’ isn’t a legitimate argument, I’m not making that argument, I’m not saying ‘Spanish Wikipedia has it so therefore so should we’, I’m saying ‘Spanish Wikipedia has it so we should check the sources that Spanish Wikipedia uses to see if those sources qualify him for an article over here’. --StrexcorpEmployee (talk) 16:41, 11 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
