Notability

edit

[The page's author commented on my Talk page so I'm moving the discussion here for better visibility]

"Hello Cabrils,
I’ve implemented the recommended changes to the draft for Spencer Aronfeld, including revising the tone, replacing unreliable sources, and addressing notability concerns with stronger references. Could you please reassess the submission when you have a moment? I’d appreciate any further guidance to ensure it meets Wikipedia’s standards.
Thank you! 2603:7000:38F0:61D0:1C9E:7D05:C89B:A8CD (talk) 16:49, 8 November 2024 (UTC)"
Hi, thanks for the ping.
Well done, that sounds progressive.
1. As I requested in my comment on the Draft, it would help our volunteer reviewers by identifying, on the draft's talk page, the WP:THREE best sources that establish notability of the subject.
2. Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including being the subject (see WP:AUTOBIO) or being paid, which seems likely, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link).
3. It would also be helpful if you could please identify with specificity, exactly which criteria you believe the page meets (eg "I think the page now meets WP:ANYBIO criteria #3, because XXXXX"). As far as I can see, the subject is WP:ROTM, and needs to meet the notability requirements in WP:ANYBIO and/or WP:AUTHOR.
Once you have implemented these suggestions, feel free to ping me here and I would be happy to reassess.
