Ema Klinec (born 2 July 1998) is a Slovenian ski jumper. In February 2021, she became the first Slovenian female ski jumping world champion after winning the normal hill event at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2021.[2]

On 18 March 2023, Klinec landed at 203 metres (666 ft) in her second jump at the Vikersundbakken ski flying hill, becoming the first woman to officially jump over 200 metres.[3] The next day, she set a new world record at 226 metres (741 ft), and also won the first ever women's ski flying event in history.[4]
