Emad Abdul-Ghani Sabouni

Emad Abdul-Ghani Sabouni (Arabic: عماد عبد الغني الصابوني) (born 1964 in Damascus) is the former Minister of Communications and Technology of Syria.[1] [2][3]

Early life, education and career

Sabouni was born in Damascus in 1964. He earned a Ph.D. degree from National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France. He also earned a degree in Engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Télécommunications (Télécom Bretagne) in Brest, France.

Sabouni is married and has two daughters.
