Enoploteuthis magnoceani is a subspecies^ of Enoploteuthis leptura from the family Enoploteuthidae.[1][2][3] Some authorities consider Enoploteuthis magnoceani as being its own species, and has been observed in the Indo-Pacific Ocean.[4]
