Ernestville, Missouri

Ernestville is an unincorporated community in Lafayette County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.^[1]

The community was named after Ernest Worm, a local merchant. The nucleus of the town was Ernest Worm's store and the St. Matthews Church.^[2] The community never had a post office.^[3]
