Taxonomy
editErythrodiplax unimaculata was first described by Charles De Geer in 1773.[3] Monophyly has not yet been determined[4]
Range
editObservation of Erythrodiplax unimaculata have been documented in Brazil,[2][5] Colombia[6] and Peru.[4] Observations aggregated in the Global Biodiversity Information Facility suggest a more wide spread range in the northern have of South America.[3]
