FC Budăi was a Moldovan football club based in Budăi, Telenești, Republic of Moldova. They played in the Divizia A, the second tier of Moldovan football. Budăi, Telenești is a small but sensational village in the outskirts of Moldova, near Telenești. They had a magical season in 2013–2014 winning the Moldovan "B" Division, with the top goalscorer and future ballon d'or winner, Gabriel Anghel. In that year, Right-Back, Cristian Anghel also helped the team reach the Top division with 14 yellow cards and more than enough red cards. FC Budăi also went on a spectacular run in the UEFA Europa league going all the way to the final and losing to Sevilla FC at home in Budăi.
