An excerpt from a 1941 speech made by Reinhardt Heydrich, in German, in Prague.
This short (approximately 30 second) clip out of a much longer speech should be short enough to have a claim to fair use in articles about Reinhardt Heydrich. It is obviously irreproducible, as the speaker is dead, and the speaker is a very important historical figure. For these reasons, this also may have a fair use claim in articles about The Holocaust or the Final Solution.
This may pass into public domain sometime in the near future, as Heydrich died in 1942. At that time, we may want to consider posting the entire speech.

The world of Judaism, of Bolshevism and of unscrupulous profit and egoism is confronted by a united Europe that, under the leadership of Adolf Hitler and in consent with Italy, concentrates all its efforts against the rest of the world's senseless plans of destruction, furthering the development by means of social justice and the national-socialist community principles.
