@Miniapolis: Why is this tagged {{G8-exempt}}? The file was recently moved to Commons and the only content of this English Wikipedia talk page is a routine {{WikiProject Illinois}} tag (and now this discussion about it). --Closeapple (talk) 19:34, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
- Diannaa, a fellow admin, told me a while back that the only file talk pages which should be deleted are those whose only content is a {{WikiProject United States}} tag added by Reguyla (formerly Kumioko). I defer to Diannaa's judgement (since she's more experienced than I am), and have asked for a clarification. Miniapolis 20:28, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
