May I ask, please, how one reconciles the neutral, unbiased Wikipedia approach with the immensely subjective nature of an artistic example, in this case a musical performance? I don't like the example here, because I think the second bass part needs to be brought out more, and indeed its first entry (beginning of bar/measure 2), which gets the whole thing moving, is not at all what it should be for me. I know it's difficult both to gain the right balance in performance and then to record the lower frequencies properly with the world full of all these gorgeous sopranos whom indeed I do love dearly. The Gabrielis seem to have agreed with me in getting a good crew of trombones in to reinforce the bass line on every appropriate occasion.

So, to be serious, does one add another example (seems petty), make a comment on the existing one (seems rude and also unhelpful), or just accept that our friend Google can give enough alternatives and leave the Wiki example alone?

[I am truly sorry if this is a well-known topic, but it's sufficiently broad that I haven't found anything when searching for existing discussion.]
