The statement that this is copyrighted is fine to be doubly safe but probably not correct. By "doubly safe" I mean that it has full use rationalization even if copyrighted.

This is a photograph taken by and owned myself of a patch used for a particular B.S.A. facility, subsequently fixed up by another wikipedian. Usage of the patch and even of the depicted name of the facility ended approximately 43 years ago when the facility was renamed. The rationale for use is not dependent on the points that I just made but I thought that I would state them to be doubly safe. North8000 (talk) 11:21, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
