Gmina Janów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Janów, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) west of Sokółka and 39 km (24 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
