Halil Rural District (Persian: دهستان هليل) is in the Central District of Jiroft County, Kerman province, Iran.[3]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 5,856 in 1,343 households.[4] There were 8,976 inhabitants in 2,407 households at the following census of 2011.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 10,187 in 2,942 households. The most populous of its 69 villages was Posht Lor, with 1,552 people.[2]
