Hanover Township, Shelby County, Indiana

Hanover Township is one of fourteen townships in Shelby County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,283 and it contained 962 housing units.[4]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 27.33 square miles (70.8 km2), of which 27.21 square miles (70.5 km2) (or 99.56%) is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 km2) (or 0.44%) is water.[4]
