Henri Lobe Manga Bell was a Duala leader in Kamerun, who was installed by the German colonial administration to replace his brother.[1] He was a younger brother of King Rudolf Duala Manga Bell, sharing the same mother and father, King Auguste Manga Ndumbe Bell.[2] He was deposed in 1920 by the French administration of Cameroon.[3]

He was married to Olga Welly.[citation needed]
