Hoodies and Stones won the fashion retail store of the year awards at the African Fashion Awards organised by Fashion Finest Africa which was held at The Balmoral, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.[3]
History
editHoodies and Stones Clothing was launched in 2017 by Fadipe Adedamola, O. The company is situated in Surulere, Lagos and has more than 20 estimated employees with Door-to-door step delivery services of a logistics company for out-of-state orders.[4] On 6 February 2019, Hoodies and Stones introduced a collection tagged 54 Counts.[5][6] In 2020 they released a collection called African Angel to support the African culture.[7][8] In 2021, they unveiled a luxury collection called Kilimanjaro. [9][10]
In 2022, Hoodies and Stones releases their most anticipated collection titled El Aziziain[11][12] and rated among top 10 most popular Nigerian clothing/fashion brands by Nigeria newspaper Dailytimes.[13] In 2023, they premiered a collection titled Hot Sahara.[14][15]
