editThe George Ade House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.[4]

editAccording to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.8 square miles (95 km2), of which 36.71 square miles (95.1 km2) (or 99.76%) is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 km2) (or 0.24%) is water.[5]
