Ivanhoe, Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Ivanhoe[3] is a ward[4][5] of Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, England. Its name is likely taken from the former Ivanhoe Baths.[6] Its name is also used for the football team, Ashby Ivanhoe F.C.[7] and the Ivanhoe School.[8]

Geography

The ward covers the western part of Ashby. Its most notable landmark is the Grade II listed Water Tower[9] near Ashby Cemetery. It also covers the areas of Annwell Place and Shellbrook.[10]
