Jeffrey J. "Jeff" Dashnaw (born April 1, 1956) is an American stuntman, film director, second unit director, and actor.

Life and career

Dashnaw was born on April 1, 1956. He got his start in his stunt career on Smokey and the Bandit II (1980) before moving into second unit directing with 1994's The Puppet Masters.

Among the films he's directed second unit on include The Magnificent Seven, The Equalizer 2, Get Him to the Greek, The Five-Year Engagement, the Spy Kids trilogy, Whip It, Shark Night, The Final Destination, and The Highwaymen.[1][2]

Dashnaw is also an outspoken supporter of the United Stuntwomen's Association, which has his wife Tracy as a member.[3]
