Jocelyn Kenza Borgella (born August 26, 1971[3]) is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Detroit Lions.[4] He played college football at Cincinnati. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 1994 NFL draft.[5] Borgella is the first player of Haitian descent to be drafted and play a game in the NFL.[6][7][8]
