Jordan Lamont Byrd[1] (born April 7, 2000) is an American professional football wide receiver for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at San Diego State and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers after going undrafted in the 2023 NFL draft.[2] He has also been a member of the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL.

editAfter being ranked a two-star recruit by Rivals.com,[3] Byrd committed to San Diego State to play football.[4]
Professional career
editPittsburgh Steelers
editByrd signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent on April 29, 2023. He was waived on August 29. He wore jersey number 16 with the Steelers.
Toronto Argonauts
editByrd signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL) on November 21, 2023, shortly after the team's 2023 season had ended.[5] He played with the team in preseason in 2024, but he was part of the final training camp cuts on June 1, 2024.[6]
Hamilton Tiger-Cats
