Josefina O'Farrill (born 9 December 1963)[1] is a Cuban former volleyball player who played on the Cuban women's national volleyball team. While representing Cuba, O'Farrill won gold medals at the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracas and the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis,[1] as well as at the 1989 FIVB World Cup in Japan.[2] She also won a silver medal with the Cuban team at the 1986 FIVB World Championship in Czechoslovakia.[3] She was a setter.[1]
