Joseph H. Barnett (November 3, 1931 – May 1, 1985) was an American politician. He served as a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives.[2]

Life and career
editBarnett was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He attended Augustana College, the College of St. Thomas and the University of South Dakota School of Law.[3]
Barnett served in the South Dakota House of Representatives from 1967 to 1985.[2]
Barnett died on May 1, 1985 in Aberdeen, South Dakota,[4] at the age of 53.
