Development History
editThe game was developed by a small team of young developers called Son Işık Ltd founded in 2004; Inspired by survival horror games like Resident Evil they began working on the game the same year.
The development of the game took around 3 years and came with many unpredictable obstacles. The team had little to no experience in the game industry and had very limited internet access and budget.
Even after development had been completed, at the time in Turkey videogames didn't exist under the Turkish Legislation and so a tax stamp application could not be applied, meaning they couldn't sell the game. The team were suggested to present the game as a film instead, this way they could get the tax stamp without changing the law.
Since no game publishers existed in their country and without any other alternatives, Vestel, a Turkish appliance store chain, was chosen as their publisher. The game was released during Christmast of 2006 only in Turkey, in the following years it was released in other countries, mainly in Eastern Europe and Russia.
Years later, after rebranding to Motion blur studio the game files were uploaded online for free as a thank you for everyone who played the game.[2]
