Kaleb Brown (born October 7, 2003) is an American college football wide receiver for the Iowa Hawkeyes. He previously played for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Early life
editDuring Brown's junior season, he hauled in eight receptions for 125 yards and a touchdown.[1] During the first game of Brown's senior season, he suffered an injury which ended his final year of high school.[2] Brown was invited to participate in the 2022 High School All-American bowl.[3] Coming out of high school Brown was rated as a four-star recruit, the number 63 player in the class of 2022, and the number six wide receiver.[4] Brown would decide to commit to play college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes over Michigan.[5][6][7]

editIn Brown's first season with the Buckeyes in 2022 he appeared in five games recording one reception for five yards against Iowa.[8] After the conclusion of the 2022 season, Brown decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[9][10]
Iowa
editBrown would decide to transfer to play for the Iowa Hawkeyes.[11][12] In week ten of the 2023 season, Brown hauled in a 23 yard reception to set up a game-winning field goal over Northwestern.[13] The following week, Brown scored his first career touchdown versus Rutgers.[14] In week twelve Brown lead the hawkeyes with seven receptions for 71 yards as he helped, Iowa beat Illinois.[15] Brown finished the 2023 season with 22 receptions for 215 yards and one touchdown, while also adding 54 yards on the ground.[16]
