The Kamensk-Shakhtinsky constituency (No.144[a]) was a Russian legislative constituency in Rostov Oblast in 1993–2007. The constituency covered parts of Eastern Donbass and northern Rostov Oblast. During 2015 the constituency was absorbed by Belaya Kalitva constituency.
