Kayla Jean Carter is an American actress[1] and beauty pageant titleholder who was appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2024. She will compete in Miss Charm 2024.[2][3][4][5]

editCarter represented the Filipino Community of Northern California in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant, where she ended up in the top 20, with Chelsea Manalo crowned at the end of the event.[6]
