Kensington Green is a private gated-community on eight acres of land off Marloes Road in Kensington, London, on the site of what was St Mary Abbots Hospital.

St Mary Abbots Hospital opened in 1871, and was demolished in 1992. Jimi Hendrix was pronounced dead at the hospital on 18 September 1970.

Kensington Green is a mix of houses and flats, with 24-hour security.[1]

Isabel dos Santos, the billionaire daughter of the former president of Angola is believed to own a house in St Mary's Place on the estate, valued at about a £21 million.[2] Other streets on the private include St Mary's Gate and Chantry Square. Apartment blocks include Juniper Court, Magnolia Lodge, Maple Lodge, Oak Lodge, Redwood Mansions, Sandalwood Mansions, Sycamore Lodge, Tamarind Court, and Walnut Court. Stone Hall Gardens, now apartments, is a grade II listed building (since 1989), and was formerly Stone Hall.[3]
