Kertarajasa Buddhist College, also known as Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Kertarajasa (abbreviated as STAB Kertarajasa)[1] in Indonesian, is one of the Buddhist private universities located in Batu, East Java, Indonesia. STAB Kertarajasa is a university that provides education in the field of Theravāda Buddhism religious knowledge. Kertarajasa Batu was established to accommodate the need for Buddhist religious teachers and preachers.[2][3] Given that the development of Buddhism in the country is growing and thus reliable and professional Buddhist religious teachers (dhammacariya) are needed so that they can provide adequate Buddhist education and enlightenment services.[4]

Missions
editThe missions of the college are:[3]
- Organizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (the three basic principles that must be followed by all Indonesian universities, that is Education, Research, and Community Service) to produce quality, professional, and religious human resources in accordance with the Buddha Dhamma
- Establishing cooperation with various parties to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education
- Providing facilities and creating conducive learning conditions in the learning process
Goals

- Producing quality, professional, and religious graduates in accordance with the Buddha Dhamma
- Implementing and developing moral values according to the Buddha Dhamma in society
- Producing superior Dhamma preachers through the Samanera or Atthasilani programs
