Kevin Jhon Jappert (born 25 February 2004) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Barracas Central, on loan from Atlético Rafaela.
Career

[edit]Jappert came through the youth setup at Atlético Rafaela, where he made his debut in the Primera Nacional on 29 May 2022 in a 2–2 draw against Mitre.[1] He signed his first professional contract on 15 February 2024.[2] He scored his first goal on 28 April in a 2–1 defeat against San Martín SJ.[3] He established himself in the first team during this season, occasionally taking on the captaincy for some games.[4]
Barracas Central (loan)
[edit]On 18 January 2025, he was loaned to Liga Profesional club Barracas Central for two years for a fee of $600,000.[5] He made his debut on 29 January in a 0–0 draw against Independiente Rivadavia[6], before scoring his first goal for the club a few days later on 1 February in a 1–0 win against Banfield.[7] Across his first season, he quickly established himself in the team as a regular.[8]
He made his debut in continental competition on 15 April 2026, coming on as a substitute in a 0–0 draw against Paraguayan club Olimpia in the Copa Sudamericana.[9] He scored an own goal as Barracas Central were knocked out of the Copa Argentina in a 3–1 loss to Estudiantes on 27 August.[10]
