Kharkhari Lake (Urdu: خرخڑئی جھیل), also known as Kharkhari Danda (Pashto: خرخڑئی) in Pashto, is an alpine glacial lake located in the Gabral Valley to the north of Kalam Valley in the Swat District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.[1]

Tourism
editKharkari Lake is located approximately 45 kilometres northwest of Kalam Valley and 17 kilometres north of the Utror Gabral area. This body of water separates Swat from Chitral.[2]
Kharkhari Lake has become a popular summer destination for tourists.[3] Due to its increase in popularity, efforts to preserve Kharkhari Lake are underway.
